Nead Bernera sleeps 1 or 2 in a double sofa bed, Taigh Whin and Feada Coille both sleep a maximum of 4 people in two bedrooms.

Do you plan to bring children?

Please let us know the age of any children who would be staying? Please note maximum occupancy at Taigh Whin and Feada Coille is 4 persons (including children)

Do you have preferred dates in mind?

Please check availability online and suggest the dates that work best for you. Bookings at Feada Coille run from Friday-Friday and bookings at Taigh Whin and Nead Bernera from Tuesday to Tuesday.

Please be sure that you have checked the dates you want are available. You can do this by searching availability on the page of each individual property. We have huge demand and limited availability in school holidays. If you can come during term times then we will be able to accommodate you much sooner.

Have you stayed with us before?

Priority will be given to applications from people who have not stayed before. Repeat visitors are asked to make a contribution at Tier 2 or 3.

What contribution are you able to make for your stay?

Please be sure to read the STAY page of our website carefully, and consider your position on the Green Bottle Sliding Scale. Our financial model only works by all guests offering the appropriate contribution. Most guests contribute at our standard rate. Supported rate stays are limited to those on no or very low income. A small number of bursaries (covering up to 50% of your contribution) are available. If you are applying for financial support, please provide a few details about your circumstances.

Are you aware that you may be asked for £100 deposit payment?

This is returnable within 7 days of departure provided the property is left clean and tidy, with all food and rubbish removed, and the house rules adhered to. If you do not show up for your stay, or if you cancel within 12 weeks of your arrival date, your deposit will automatically be transferred into our bursary fund.
